| Applications of 15 mL & 50 mL Centrifuge Tubes
Centrifuge tubes need to be used with centrifuges and are used in major laboratories, research institutions, and medical research. The scope of the application is:
- Concentration of biological samples: including antigens, antibodies, enzymes, nucleic acids, or microorganisms;
- Purification of macromolecular components from tissue culture extracts or cell lysates;
- The concentration of the diluted or pre-purified protein in the column eluate;
- Desalting and buffer exchange.
