Description
Brinell hardness test is a test method with the largest indentation in all hardness tests, which can reflect the comprehensive performance of materials. There are 3 types of Brinell Hardness Testers: DHB-3000, MHB-3000, and XHB-3000.
The MHB-3000 digital Brinell hardness tester has eliminated the weights and uses electric loading and unloading of test force. It is fed back by a pressure sensor with an accuracy of 0.5‰. It is controlled by the CPU and can automatically compensate for the test force lost during the test.
It is a mechatronics product that combines a precise mechanical structure and a microcomputer-controlled closed-loop system. When operating the instrument, just press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation, and the hardness value will be automatically calculated and displayed on the screen. The reading is accurate and the operation is convenient.
It is suitable for cast iron, steel, and non-ferrous metals, as well as hard plastics, bakelite, and other materials.
